Blac Chyna recently debuted some photos from a post-pregnancy photo shoot with celebrity photographer, Orin Fleurimont. Not too shortly after some of her photos were released, it was brought to the public’s attention that The Kardashians are filing paperwork to prevent the Rob & Chyna star’s Angela Kardashian trademark.

It is every woman’s dream to take the last name of their husband, and it’s no different for Chy. The Snapchat Queen plans to change her legal name to Angela Kardashian once she and her fiancé Rob “tie the knot.”

Since Blac Chyna and The Kardashians have worked past their differences, why does something so minuscule present such a big problem? See more inside…

According to Khloe, Kim and Kourtney, Chyna associating with their name and brand could be problematic. So they filed paperwork to block her trademark.

Something tells us if the brand was manifested from one of the most memorable scandals and survived the drug emergencies and sexcapades its survived amongst the three sisters, Chyna should be the least of their worries.

TMZ states:

According to docs obtained by TMZ … Kim, Kourtney and Khloes companies are opposing Chyna’s request to trademark “Angela Renee Kardashian” — which she was trying to lock down for use while working in entertainment, and also on social media.

The celebrity sisters threw down the gauntlet in docs, saying if Chyna gets the trademark they’ll “suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill.”

It’s very unfortunate that this situation presents a problem. In the docs, they say Chyna is “deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity” of the Kardashian name.

What are your thoughts? Should Black Chyna should be allowed to trademark her Kardashian counterpart’s last name?
